Cloud Architect (F/M)
📍 Paris or Lille | Permanent Contract | Remote work possible
You will play a central role in defining and implementing the company’s cloud technical strategy. Acting as both a technical reference and an operational contributor, you will be involved in:
Technical Leadership and Architecture
- Leading the transition to a full cloud environment: migrating existing systems, converging platforms, and rationalizing the IaaS infrastructure.
- Defining architecture standards and patterns to be followed by teams to ensure consistency, security, and performance.
- Actively contributing to the development of new application components with a hands-on approach.
Technical Leadership and Team Support
- Mentoring and guiding development teams, sharing best practices, and fostering skill development.
- Collaborating with technical management and product teams to align the technical vision with business needs.
- Contributing to innovation: experimenting with cloud-native solutions and exploring opportunities related to data intelligence and AI.
Profile Required
Technical Expertise :
- Cloud-native architecture, ideally on Microsoft Azure, with mastery of Kubernetes (k8s).
- Experience designing and leading cloud migrations, considering both existing systems and target architectures.
- Strong understanding of massive data ingestion and familiarity with OAuth2 for SSO.
- Proven experience in application security and ability to perform POCs and technical experiments.
Soft Skills and Leadership :
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate with technical teams, clients, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Pedagogical mindset and ability to align teams around coherent and shared technical decisions.
- Curiosity for emerging topics: AI, data intelligence, automation, observability…
