Senior Experimental Research Physicist (F/H)
📍 Cluses, France | Permanent Contract (CDI)
You will play a central role in experimental research and technological innovation. Acting both as a scientific leader and an operational contributor, your responsibilities will include:
Experimental Design and Supervision
- Develop and optimize experimental protocols for RF systems, electromechanical devices, and cold plasmas.
- Supervise and analyze complex experiments to advance innovative energy solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate scientific results into practical applications.
Scientific Leadership and Mentorship
- Guide and support junior physicists and engineers, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Identify and propose new experimental techniques to improve device performance.
- Ensure experimental safety and compliance with industrial and regulatory standards.
Candidate Profile
Scientific Expertise:
- Ph.D. in experimental physics, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
- Strong skills in RF systems, electromechanical devices, and plasma physics.
- Experience with high-voltage and high-frequency experimental setups is a plus.
Soft Skills and Leadership:
- Professional-level English; French is a plus.
- Ability to work on complex multidisciplinary projects.
- Mentorship skills and a passion for knowledge transfer.
