Workshop Manager (M/F)
📍 Southern Bourgogne | Permanent Contract
As Workshop Manager, you will play a central role in organizing and structuring the workshop. Your main responsibilities include:
- Planning and monitoring production according to orders
- Leading, coordinating, and motivating a team of around twenty operators
- Optimizing processes to ensure quality, deadlines, and safety
- Participating in the structuring of the workshop in a context of increasing activity
- Working closely with management to anticipate human and technical needs and define KPIs
Profile required:
- Significant experience in workshop management or production coordination
- Proven skills in planning, team leadership, and operational management
- Natural leadership and ability to unify a field team
- Practical mindset, rigor, and adaptability
- Experience in a SME or small industrial company is a plus
Maintenance Technician (M/F)
📍 Southern Bourgogne | Permanent Contract
You will be the key reference for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of production equipment, composed of older machines, in a context of growing activity. Your responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic breakdowns
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on older production machines
- Manufacturing simple parts through machining or adjustments if needed
- Adjusting, improving, and adapting equipment
- Participating in continuous improvement projects or equipment refurbishment
Solving diverse technical issues with creativity and versatility
Profile required:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance (ideally on older machines)
- Excellent skills in mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, and basic automation
- Versatility and ability to handle different daily tasks
- Comfort using hand tools and power tools safely
- Autonomy, practical mindset, and ability to work alone or with external contractors
- Ability to read technical drawings and rigor in documenting interventions
