Since 2025, FIAG has been integrated into the SOGAFRIC Group, a major industrial player in Central Africa. This integration marks a new phase of structuring, professionalization, and ambitious development.
In this context, a key Country Manager position is open under an expatriate contract.
Country Manager (M/F)
📍 Bata – Equatorial Guinea | Permanent Contract | Executive Status – Expatriate Package
(company vehicle, housing, round-trip flights, health insurance/CFE, school fees)
You will act as the strategic and operational representative of FIAG in Equatorial Guinea, responsible for overall performance, business development, and the structuring of local teams.
Strategic Leadership and Business Development
- Definition and implementation of the local development plan in alignment with Group strategy
- Development of relationships with key accounts, institutional partners, and industrial stakeholders
- Representation of the company with local authorities and economic actors
- Active participation in public and private tenders
- Market analysis and competitive intelligence
Multi-site Operational Supervision
- Management of the Bata and Malabo branches
- Optimization of operations: logistics, supply chain, inventory, after-sales service, and customer follow-up
- Monitoring of performance indicators (turnover, margins, profitability, service quality)
- Ensuring compliance with processes, timelines, and contractual commitments
Team Management
- Direct management of approximately 30 employees (technical, sales, and administrative staff)
- Definition and monitoring of individual and collective objectives
- Implementation of training, development, and retention plans
- Oversight of social climate and compliance with local labor legislation
Financial Management and Group Reporting
- Participation in budget preparation and performance monitoring
- Cost control, profitability analysis, and financial commitment oversight
- Production of regular reports for Group General Management
- Contribution to the continuous improvement of management tools and procedures
Required Profile:
- Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in management, international business, engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in senior management roles, including at least 3 years in an international context
- Strong knowledge of industrial environments or technical parts distribution
- Fluent professional Spanish required (minimum C1 level)
Fluent French required – English appreciated - Strong leadership skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to manage multicultural teams
- Excellent command of financial, operational management, and reporting
