At INAUTALENT, we are deeply convinced of one thing:

It is with this mindset that we are co-organizing, alongside Women in Tech® France, 42 Paris, SheEOs, and Startup&Angels, the first Meet & Greet of 2026—an event designed as a starting point to open the year with ambition and impact.
Changing the rules of the game starts with education
Every day, INAUTALENT works alongside companies, scale-ups, and entrepreneurs facing the same challenges:
attracting and retaining talent,
enabling the emergence of new leadership profiles,
building teams capable of performing in complex, international environments.
We see firsthand that traditional leadership and training models are reaching their limits, particularly when they perpetuate bias or exclude part of the talent pool.
This Meet & Greet is an opportunity to address a fundamental question:
